With over 40 years of combined construction experience,

Commercial Construction Services, Inc., is a locally owned and operated

general contractor and construction management company.

 

Based in Gilroy, California, C.C.S. was founded in July 1994 by Glenn and

Christel Morley as a family business. Since that time, the company has

expanded to include son Paul Morley and daughter Coby Morley.

C.C.S. is licensed to contract in the Western United States, where it provides

construction services for its diverse client base, including the retail, banking,

industrial, transportation and medical industries. Since its inception,

C.C.S. has prided itself on developing and maintaining long-standing

client relationships that focus on achieving client goals in a timely and

cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest industry standards.

In addition to its national retail clients, including a 25 year relationship

with The Men’s Wearhouse, C.C.S. has recently performed local work for

Pinnacle Bank (in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Salinas), Rosso’s Furniture,

Cal Door, Performance Arts, Leavesley Commercial, Dr. Anthony Vitto,

Dr. Erik Cohen and Kimberly Shannon (M.A., L.M.F.T.).
