Situation:
Our client turned to CCS for the development of a two separate ground-up projects on the same property- an auto center and a retail/office space.

Solution:
After several meetings with the client to identify specific desires and requirements for the property, CCS leveraged relationships with the client’s architect and City officials to proceed with the ground-up projects. By adhering to a strict project timeline and maintaining on-going meetings with the client, the project is slated for an on time, in budget completion.
